How to Log Promotions

So we are enforcing a rule where all promotions given out will have to be logged on this section of the forums. Don't worry though you don't need to log promotions for anyone below the security badge rank.

All Users who are Legal Affairs or above will have to have a Promotion log in order to promote others.

I expect the Promotion logs to be laid out as followed:

Title: (Username) Promotion Log

*User of the person you are promoting
*Current rank with promoters tag
*new rank with your promotion tag

That is the template you need to follow to log a promotion, here is an actual example of a promotion Log being logged.

User: AlexJackson100
Current Rank: Officer [AJN]
New Rank: Patrol Officer [XG12]

That is an example of a promotion being logged.

Easy Right? SO DO IT PLEASE
